Profile - Entrepreneurial Skill Trainer/Coach

We at CONSAT-Orahi through our hands-on entrepreneurship program. The trainer will be responsible for developing the entrepreneurial mindset and guiding students in creating, developing, and launching their business ideas. This program focuses on experiential learning, encouraging students to think innovatively and solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Entrepreneurial Learning: Deliver engaging and interactive sessions that cover the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including ideation, business development, market research, financial planning, and product pitching. • Mentor Learners: Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their entrepreneurial journey, helping them overcome challenges and refine their business ideas.
• Refine Training Modules : Create age-appropriate training resources, activities, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Lead Group Activities: Encourage collaboration and teamwork through group exercises, workshops, and peer discussions.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on students’ projects and business plans, focusing on areas for improvement and real-world applicability.
• Promote Innovation: Inspire creativity and critical thinking, empowering students to explore innovative solutions to social and business problems.
Desired Profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or related fields
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
• Understanding of Education-Based Counselling
