We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting operational activities, with a primary focus on ticket handling and providing assistance to address concerns from new and existing schools. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ticket Handling: Efficiently handle incoming tickets related to operational tasks and concerns. Prioritize and resolve tickets within established timeframes • Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Provide support via phone calls, addressing inquiries and concerns from schools • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis related to operational processes. Maintain accuracy in recording and updating operational information • Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication. Organize and categorize emails related to operational tasks • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational processes. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment • Adaptability: Adapt to the dynamic nature of operational tasks and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently. Demonstrate flexibility in addressing new challenges as they arise • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve operational challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency • Internship Experience: Bring insights from previous college internships in operational projects or departments. Apply knowledge gained during college internship experiences to contribute effectively Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed any graduation program • Excellent communication skills in English • Good typing speed and demonstrated problem-solving abilities • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel • Experience handling emails and phone calls in a professional setting • Previous college internship experience in an operational project or department is preferred Attributes:
